How to Apply

Admission Procedure

Our admission process is straightforward and transparent. Follow the steps below to secure your place.

Check Eligibility

Applicants must have completed Grade X (SEE) and meet the minimum GPA requirement for their chosen stream. Contact us if you have questions about eligibility.

Pre-Register Online

Complete the pre-registration form below (or visit us in person). Provide basic details about yourself and your preferred stream.

Entrance Test / Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited for a written entrance test and/or a brief interview with our academic team.

Receive Offer Letter

Successful candidates receive an official offer letter within three working days of their entrance test.

Submit Documents & Pay Fees

Bring the required documents, pay the admission fee, and collect your ID card. You are now officially a Caspian student!

Scholarship Opportunities

Caspian Valley believes that financial constraints should never stand between a student and quality education.

100%

Full Scholarship

Awarded to students who scored GPA 3.9+ in SEE and are from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Covers full tuition for both years.

50%

Merit Scholarship

For students with GPA 3.6–3.89 in SEE who demonstrate academic promise. Awarded after the entrance test based on performance.

25%

Partial Aid

Need-based partial fee waiver for students from low-income families, regardless of grade. Requires supporting documents at the time of application.

Required Documents

Please bring originals and photocopies of all documents on the day of enrolment.

SEE Mark Sheet & Certificate

Original + 2 photocopies. Provisional certificate accepted if final is pending.

Passport-size Photographs

4 recent colour photographs (white background, formal attire).

Citizenship / Birth Certificate

Applicant's birth certificate and parent/guardian citizenship (original + copies).

Character / Migration Certificate

Character certificate from your previous school. Migration certificate if transferring districts.

Application Form

Completed admission form (available at our office or via pre-registration below).

Scholarship Documents (if applying)

Income certificate and other supporting documents for scholarship applicants.
